Japan Wii Sales
Thought i might kick off the posts with some news from Nippon Land (Japan). According to a number of Co's at Nintendo, the Wii has sold over 2 million units in japan between the day of its release, December 2nd and April 8th. This is interesting to see as Sony Computer Entertainment has yet to reach 1 million having only sold 844,000 Playstation 3 units in Japan since its release on November 11th. Information like this raises one good question. Who do you think, judging from sales,will win this generations console war?

Its good to see the Wii is doing well, I need to get me one. The Ps3 sounds like such a disappointment. Its very much unlike the brilliant Ps2 (well in Japan anyway, its got shit marketing and shit games in UK). If only Sega weren't out of the console days... I'm remembering some good times here lol
